Joyy has over 40 years of training experience and leads her team to create global solutions for Military Health reporting and training challenges faced by associations and government organizations.  The role of Chief People Officer is a two sided venture.  Joyy genuinely likes people including her staff, clients and students.  


Once the team has a training assignment, she quickly changes focus and looks toward the needs of the customers that will benefit from the training.  Determining the need of the learner includes the initial assessment, understanding the challenge, identifying the need, and customizing the analysis to determine the performance gap and how to address it.


My philosophy is to make eLearning fun.  I achieve this by adapting concepts and techniques that deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
